Refund Policy

This is a simple policy for digital, personalized pages. It is not legal advice. Mandatory consumer refund rights, if any apply where you live, still need a lawyer’s review. We do not claim a specific statutory right here.

Pricing

Free activities can be played with default text at no charge. Putting someone’s name on a page, and extra activities, are listed as paid. Card checkout is not connected on this MVP, so you should not be charged through the site yet.

When payment happens

When payments go live, you would pay before we generate or unlock a personalized link. That kind of digital item may be available immediately after a successful payment.

When we may refund

• You were charged twice for the same unlock.
• Payment succeeded but we failed to create or show the page because of our error, and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time.
• We took a page down for a reason that was our mistake.

When a refund may not be available

• You changed your mind after the personalized page was created and the link could have been opened.
• You typed the wrong name or message.
• The recipient did not like it, did not reply, or did not click Yes.
• You shared the link too widely.
• The page was removed because it broke the Terms.

How to ask

Use Contact us (payment issue). Include the approximate time, the amount, and any order or page id you have. We will read it and reply to the email you leave. There is no promised turnaround yet on this MVP; we will try to be human about it.
