Effective 25 August 2026
Terms & Conditions
These are general terms for this MVP. They are not a substitute for legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before a commercial launch.
The service
Pretty Please hosts short, playful interactive pages that you can personalize and share with a unique link. Recipients do not need an account. The service may change, break, or pause. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the words you put on a page, for who you send the link to, and for keeping your delete token private. Only share a page with someone who would reasonably want it. Do not put other people’s private information on a page without a good reason they would accept.
Acceptable use
Use this for harmless romantic, funny, friendly, and celebratory notes. The platform must not be used to create:
- phishing, fake logins, fake banks or payment pages
- pages that collect passwords, OTPs, cards, or other credentials
- scams, fraud, or malware
- harassment, threats, or impersonation meant to deceive
- non-consensual sexual content, exploitative content, or other illegal content
- copyrighted material you do not have the right to use
This MVP does not accept file uploads. If uploads are added later, you must have permission for any photo or media you add.
Content license
You keep your words. You give us a limited permission to host and process them only as needed to show the page, back it up, review abuse, and take it down. We may remove a page that appears to break these terms.
Reporting and takedown
Anyone can use Report Abuse. We may suspend or delete a page. Knowing a public link does not let you delete someone else’s page; the creator’s delete token (or a request we can verify) does.
Payments
Prices shown in the product are for personalized or extra activities. Card checkout is not live on this MVP. When it is, amounts are set on the server, payment details go to the processor (not us), and premium unlock should follow a verified payment. See the Refund Policy.
Third parties
Hosting, fonts, and (later) payments are provided by others. Their outages and terms can affect you.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, for a small consumer site. We are not liable for hurt feelings, a leaked link, or a joke that lands badly. We will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for more than you paid us (if anything) in the three months before a claim. This does not try to exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes
We may change the product or these terms. The date above will move when the terms do. Keep using the site after a change means you accept the new terms, as far as the law allows.
Governing law
The governing law and venue for disputes still need legal review for the country where the operator actually runs the business. Do not treat this paragraph as a finished choice of law clause.
